Project Scope:
Comprehensive rehabilitation from an industrial manufacturing and warehouse facility into a hotel, residences, restaurant, and event center.
My Role:
I explained and interpreted the regulations associated with the Historic Tax Credit for the design team and the owner. I completed the Tax Credit applications, successfully gaining SHPO approval for window replacements, brick replacement, exterior painting and other modifications needed to bring a new use into the building.
