My role:
Programming, layout, and design of Veterans Affairs office areas and service areas (approximately 250,000 square feet)
Planned the phasing strategy, which moved functions within the building to allow for construction activity to occur while the building was continuously used by tenants.
Project Scope:
- Reconfiguration of interior workspaces for 13 governmental agencies
- Heating & Cooling system replacement with Geothermal system
- Electrical & Lighting system replacement with roof mounted solar panels
- Plumbing system replacement
