Project Scope:
Owners of the Dock Cinema building in Excelsior, MN were contemplating a renovation of the building and needed guidance on the applicable historic regulations.
My role:
Provided a report clarifying the regulations that would apply if the project intended to use the Historic Tax Credit incentive program, and which features would need to be preserved through a renovation project. I proposed design options to achieve the owner's goals and meet historic regulations.
