My Experience

I've been a leader on renovation projects for 17 years.  

I've worked at big firms and small firms, on big projects ($320 million construction budget) and small projects.  I've navigated reviews by State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO) and Heritage Preservation Commissions (HPC) for multiple projects in multiple jurisdictions.  I served as a commissioner on the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission for 5 years, seeing what passes and what doesn't.
